How We Approach Treatment

Every person who walks through our doors starts the same way, with a comprehensive clinical assessment that looks at the whole picture of your health and history. That assessment shapes everything that follows. At Skilton Institute, we build treatment plans around the individual in front of us, because the reasons someone struggles with addiction or a mental health condition are rarely identical from one person to the next.

Care does not stop when a program ends. We plan for aftercare from the beginning, so you or your loved one leaves with real support and a clear sense of what comes next.

Levels of Care

Recovery at Skilton Institute follows one connected path, guided by the same clinical team from your first day to your last. Care begins with medical detox when it is needed, then moves into residential rehab for round-the-clock support. From there, clients step down through PHP, intensive outpatient (in person or virtual), and standard outpatient. Medication-assisted treatment supports the process where appropriate, and sober living offers steady footing as your loved one builds a new routine.
