Family Program & Resources
When one person struggles with addiction, the whole family feels it. Missed calls, tense dinners, the worry that never fully switches off. Our family program gives you real skills for setting boundaries, rebuilding trust, and caring for yourself while you support your loved one's recovery.
How Families Take Part
When someone you love is in treatment, you want to help but you may not know what actually helps. The family program at Skilton Institute answers that with scheduled family therapy sessions, honest education about addiction as a disease, and coaching on the difference between supporting your loved one and enabling old patterns. You learn how to set boundaries and hold them. Many families first reach out after spotting warning signs of addiction. From that point through aftercare, you stay involved, and our family therapy program gives you a place to keep growing together.
