About Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
An IOP schedule at Skilton Institute usually means three or four therapy sessions each week, timed for early mornings or evenings so you can keep working, stay in class, or be home for your family. Admission starts with a full assessment. We ask about your history, your health, and what you want recovery to look like, then build a treatment plan that fits your actual life instead of a generic template.
You will work in group and individual sessions, learning skills you can use the same day. A dedicated case manager stays with you throughout, coordinating your care and connecting the pieces as you move toward aftercare. If your loved one is the one enrolling, that case manager is your point of contact too.
